Once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Ashmount cottage by the river Dane
Period cottage in a area of outstanding natural beauty within the Peak District on the banks of the river Dane. Lovely views and walking straight from the door along the river, through the woods and up onto the Roaches, Tittersworth ( Bird Sanctuary circular walk around the reservoir, 5 miles) Ashmount is strictly for 2 guests as you are in my home albeit the space is yours for the time of your stay i live in a totally separate part of the property I am close enough should you require help

We are near the Highest village in England situated in the Beautiful Peak District. Just up the road we have are friendly village pub New Inn ( don’t serve food) and we have a Excellent cafe, shop only 1 mile away and Northfields Trekking Centre. Fully equipped kitchen with under floor heating. Log Burning stove and Super Cosy Electric reclining sofa., Free Fibre WiFi.
