Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

Business travellers, travelling nurses, medical center treatments, vacation, between leases; our guests tell us this is GREAT place to call home. We do not allow pets. Additionally, as the apartment is also a guest space for our home and due to severe allergies in our family, we regret that we cannot accommodate assistance animals.

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.
