Located just a short distance from La Roche-Bernard, it is the perfect base for exploring the Vilaine River, the countryside, the forest, and the beaches of Morbihan. We offer a warm welcome: a bouquet from the garden, freshly made beds, and vegetables or fruit from our garden. No neighbors—just nature, tranquility, and a wood fire. Put your suitcases down—we've got everything covered. Weekends, vacations, professional teams, and photo shoots are welcome.

On 7000 m2 of slightly wild land where the fauna and flora guard the kingdom, the change of scenery is guaranteed and offers you a permanent spectacle. Walks around the lake and the castle of La Roche Hervé located below, swimming in the sea 30 minutes away, lake 15 minutes away, or tourism of your choice: La Baule, Guérande, Rochefort-en-Terre... for all tastes. This fully renovated house on a rock, in exposed stone, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and friends. It is located 2 steps from the village with its shops (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, pizzeria, PMU bar, tobacco, grocery store...). Ideal for enjoying lots of walks, hikes and other activities with the port of La Roche-Bernard 15 minutes away, the beaches 28 minutes away and less than 1 hour from the must-see cities: La Gacilly, Guérande, Rochefort-en-Terre and Vannes.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
