2nd floor with kitchen and room with bed+sitting area. Sloping ceilings make it very cozy. Bathroom is exceptional because of the wood tiles - you feel like you are in a mountain cabin. Behind the house above the parking lot you can use a large rehabilitation + fitness center (free of charge for guests). The three saunas are especially nice if you want to relax in the evening (Finnish, bio and infrared). The private gardens are not to be used by guests without prior arrangement - please note this (privacy!)

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East.
