Ideally located between Fontainebleau and Moret, within walking distance of Champagne train station (direct trains, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, omnibus during the day from Paris) and the city center, this maisonette is completely independent in a garden enclosed by walls. Very comfortable for 2 people, but there is the possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to the new BZ sofa in the living room. Bikers will be able to park their motorcycle safely under a high wind shelter
