Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. A charming 17th century fisherman’s cottage, which is only a 9 minute walk to the beautiful historic harbour village of Boscastle. Located on the North Coast close to Tintagel,Bude, Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, and the secret cove of Crackington Havern Tamarisk Cottage has all the Cornish charm you would expect, open fire place, it’s own secret garden and a Cornish cream tea to welcome you after your long drive. We have WiFi and Netflix for the day’s where you want to snuggle by the open fire.

Easy walk to the village, shops. cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also The Old Post Office, King Arthurs castle, stunning cliff and valley walks. And surfing beaches a short drive away. Local host with an abundance of local knowledge. The Castle can be accessed on foot or a land rover service operates up and down the hill for the less mobile. The castle can also be seen by walking the flat path behind the church. King Arthur’s Halls of Chivalry are worth a visit with its stunning round table.

A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!

The Lodge, Beaver Cottages, (AA 4* rated) is within walking distance of Tintagel and the dog friendly sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand. There are pubs, shops and restaurants in Tintagel along with the historic castle with stunning new bridge. Port Isaac, Boscastle, Bude, Padstow and Bodmin Moor are only a short drive away. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the location, the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Dog friendly with basic K9 House Rules and a reasonable nightly pet fee of £9.00 per dog.
