One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests at the farmhouse. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.

Come enjoy a one of a kind space that truly allows you to be a part of the surroundings. Apartment is located within a renovated barn with an open concept and modern touches while still embracing the original beams and details of the barn. Sit under the pergola and take in the views. Enjoy a fire under the stars. Take a walk through the back woods and return to take a dip in the pond or maybe just sit amongst the birds and wildlife while at the pond house.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road.
