Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tioga County

Location was perfect, was able to access all the hiking, lakes, center of town, and farms within 20 min from this stay. Had a great time had everything we needed.

For us for the weekend that we were there it was a great location! My son was graduating Binghamton University so it was only about 25 to 30 minutes away from BU and we used our location as a springboard to go to the Great Lakes for some wine tasting the day after graduation so it worked out perfectly! The place was as described. Very comfortable, clean with everything you could want for a few days stay.

Deborah provides a clean, cozy and comfortable home base for exploring the area. Safe location right next door to the police station. A simple array of amenities and tastefully decorated. A great weekend getaway that’s truly pet-friendly is much appreciated.

To be honest, I would love to have a little studio exactly like that to live in... I'm retired and that would be perfect for me and my 12 lb havanese... It was a little out of the way, but I'd highly recommend to anyone...

I had an incredible stay at Angela & Pablo’s AirBnB. The space is clean, comfortable and has cool and funky decor that gives it a unique charm— this location is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway for one or two people. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Pablo and Angela were fantastic hosts—super responsive, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. I recommend this stylish gem for anyone looking for a memorable and well-appointed retreat in Ithaca.

We have stayed at Lorene's place several times and have always been grateful to be here. Lorene is so accommodating and welcoming. The place is in a beautiful location, the physical house is well appointed with the things in the kitchen and bathroom providing what we need, and it is convenient to hiking and other activities.

Great stay! the home was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Very dog and family friendly! Donna was very responsive and kind. We had a great trip and appreciated having a convenient, clean place to come back to every day.

Booked this place to celebrate a my birthday with some friends. We had 12 people and we had plenty of room for everyone. Check in/out was very easy, and everything that was said to be included was. The room with the pool table was a great hangout spot and is bigger than how it looks in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group of people. We had an excellent stay!

Very cute farmhouse. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Exactly what we expected/wanted. Very peaceful surroundings. Make sure to explore the grounds!

If you are a nature-lover and like privacy, this is the place for you. We saw deer everyday and walked on trails with beautiful views. Bobbi was always available and kept us informed. We were so close to the state parks and finger lakes, as well as, places to eat. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Bobbi!

This is my 3rd summer staying at the house and it’s always perfect. The home is inviting and comfortable and perfect for what we need. It’s located in a great location for anywhere we need to go in Ithaca and we are so happy we found this house back in 2023 because we’ve never been disappointed. Thanks again for everything!

Really enjoyed our time at Kristina’s place! Just about 10 minutes outside of Ithaca it made for the perfect hub to see all the sites the area has to offer. We particularly enjoyed Taughannock Falls and East Ithaca’s recreation trail (both stroller accessible). Food in the area was also amazing - highly recommend CDMX tacos and Maru Ramen as well at CBT/Ithaca Bakery! As far as the rental, we had our 8 month old son and two dogs along for the trip. Kristina had a high chair, tub and crib available for use! We didn’t end up using the crib, but the high chair and tub were extremely useful and made life much easier while we were there! Couch was very comfy after a day of exploring! Big back yard also made our two dogs very happy! Highly recommend Kristina’s place!

My wife and I loved the place. Quiet, clean, and comfy - exactly what we were after. Jenn and Dean are great hosts, as well.

We had 8 family members up for our son's graduation from Syracuse University and Amy's place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean and neat, VERY comfortable beds, all linens and towels included. Came in on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon and were very appreciative of her gas fireplace that quickly warmed the condo. Also liked that there were individual heat settings for each bedroom for everyone's individual tastes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Megan was a great host. Her place was clean and easy to get in and out of without an issue. Everything was spotless. She was very accommodating and her communication was great. We went up for Cornell's graduation weekend. It was easy to get to from her place. If we were ever headed there again, we would definitely book with her again.

Second time staying here for a baseball tournament in Cortland. It is perfect for 3 families to stretch out and relax in between games. Melissa is excellent and has helped us a number of times.

On a cold wet weekend, the condo was a very comfortable place to stay. The living room was cozy! I didn’t do any real cooking or eating in the apartment as I was visiting family in the area. Nancy responded quickly to my questions and everything worked out well.

This was a repeat visit and another great experience! The apartment was perfect, super convenient to our events and we again appreciated the convenience and excellent fare of the Rye and the Garage restaurants. THE place to stay in Elmira!

A quiet rural setting only about 13 minutes from Cornell. A very good value for the money. I would stay again.
