Holiday rentals with a patio in Tioga County

We had a lovely night at Keith's place! The beds were cozy, the setting was quiet, check in a breeze, and there were plenty of small touches (such as TWO types of ice to choose from) that made our stay just like home! The gardens were beautiful, the shower head OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the value incredible. Several nice country roads to take a walk on. 10/10 recommend a trip to their Garden Center as well!!! Thanks much for the stay!

Robert was a kind and communicative host. He helped to get the listing ready earlier than expected and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

What a wonderful place! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We celebrated a graduation but I only wish I knew about this the last four years. Fabulous. If I’m ever back to the area I will certainly look this up again. Thank you!!

We throughly enjoyed our time at Ron’s place. It was close to downtown, Watkins Glen State Park, several wineries and breweries. It was a short drive to Taughannock Falls State Park which in my opinion is a must see. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place for family gatherings, weekend getaways, etc. Lots of space, convenient to downtown and much better than having several drab hotel rooms.

Everything was just as described, checking in was fast and simple, the property was beautiful and close to both surrounding lakes as well as the city of Ithaca. The space had every amenity we needed plus some and was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed. Short drives to multiple hiking destinations made great starts to all of our days as well. Jaydn was a wonderful host, communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. Homemade muffins and so e other goodies greeted us upon checking in and it was a start to a great weekend. We would definitely come back and will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment was amazing! We felt at home! Sylvia even put some treats for us! They were super responsive! The place was neat and clean! We really recommend it!

Came for the Corning glass festival. the location was outside Corning a few miles so we were away from the noise only as long as we wanted to be. everything was clean and organized. 100% would stay again!

A gem in the quiet and lovely town of Waverly. James description of the home was spot on. My family enjoyed the fabulous kitchen, the gorgeous deck and all of the other areas of the house.

Bruce’s place is great if you are visiting the Ithaca region. The home was warm and welcoming and Bruce is a great host. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

our stay was cut short due to illness but John was very friendly and interactive. He even bought us bathroom items, shampoos, conditioner and body wash which was more than expected. we always bring our own but it was thoughtful. Coffee and all of the necessary amenities. it was very quiet except the nature made sounds. He did a great job renovating a little cottage I once stayed in over 30 years ago. Thank you for the stay.

We had such a great time during our stay at Keith and Jerry’s place! The home was modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—like the welcome snack basket and the professional binder with all the details we needed. It even smelled amazing when we walked in! The river view was absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing backdrop throughout our trip. Keith and Jerry were in constant communication and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend their place for a peaceful and well-organized getaway!

This is a beautiful home in a secluded, gorgeous location, exactly what we were hoping for. Even then, we were able to easily order in when we didn't want to go out and get to Ithaca for additional activities. The only thing I would say is that the basement is not finished (stated clearly) and for our little ones, I would have felt better having it locked for safety. Overall, our stay was very smooth and very comfortable.

The house was clean, comfortable and close to the venue of the wedding we were going to.

Penney was a great host and communicator! I would recommend this cozy spot! It was a peaceful, quaint place for my husband, baby and myself to rest amidst the busyness of travel and visiting family. It felt very familiar and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax and a beautiful outdoor space we’d have utilized if weather had been nicer on our trip. We found it accurately described and pictured and adequately stocked. It was very appreciated to have access to laundry. And everything was kept clean. Some things were “outdated” for lack of better wording, but all in great condition and the antiques around the house added to the familiar and warm feel of the home. We would definitely book this place again if we needed to in the future!

This was such a special spot, beautiful, quiet, private and restorative! The location was exactly what I needed during a busy weekend travel teaching in downtown Ithaca; I was so happy to have this oasis to come to afterwards. And the charm of the area lay in delightful, unique touches —the rock wall that framed the driveway (loved it!) and the deck overlooking the beautiful trees and nearby woods. Gina is a wonderful and attentive host who made me feel comfortable right away. Highly recommend for anyone needing a sanctuary during their trip to the Finger Lakes!

Megan was a great host. Her place was clean and easy to get in and out of without an issue. Everything was spotless. She was very accommodating and her communication was great. We went up for Cornell's graduation weekend. It was easy to get to from her place. If we were ever headed there again, we would definitely book with her again.

We were in Elmira to celebrate my mom who passed on 12/21/24 and was laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery. Our immediate family (from Ithaca, Indiana, and Illinois) stayed in the 3 apartment suites and we were so happy to have homes away from home! The apartments were beautifully appointed, in a great location (close to everything) and having the restaurants-Rye and the Garage-right downstairs was amazing, delicious, and convenient! Thank you for a wonderful stay during a solemn but important occasion-you helped us put the fun in funeral!

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

Susan’s place was very spacious, clean and lovely. My family really enjoyed staying there during the graduation visit. We would definitely recommend this place!! Easy to locate as well and a nice kitchen
