It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

"Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with an independent entrance and 300 square meters of private garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. According to the needs of the guests, 3 double beds can be provided. To these, it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years).

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.
