What a wonderful and truly beautiful home. Was a pleasure to stay in this serene countryside hotspot with a tree house, playground, incredible private lake and surrounding natural beauty. Very special. Can’t recommend enough!

Amy’s cottage was very cosy! Great location with the Buddle inn nearby for a delicious dinner. The cottage was more than big enough for our family of five and we had a hugely restful and enjoyable stay. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Stag cottage and fully enjoyed the huge garden during our stay. Communications with Cindy were excellent and she was really quick to respond and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was most definitely a lucky find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 😊🦌❤️

Wonderful little cottage, where get to see horses and donkeys everyday. We loved staying here and are already looking to book again in the autumn. Joyce & David are lovely and we’re happy to show us around the farm and tell us all about the animal, thank you so much.

We just had a wonderful long weekend in Wherwell in Rob & Sue’s beautiful cottage. Such a stunning village, the cottage exceeded our expectations, Rob & Sue were fantastic hosts & the breakfast pack was great. We finished the weekend with a lovely soak in the hot tub. Thank you Rob for the lift on the Saturday & your kindness.

Stayed here with my partner for a long weekend getaway and had an excellent time. The cottage was spotless, well maintained and beautiful. We also spoke with Phil who was extremely welcoming and friendly, and gave us many good recommendations for the area. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to stay again!

The most gorgeous cottage in stunning surroundings! We have had a wonderful 4 nights here exploring the island. The local pub was great and the village store at Brighstone so handy! The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Thank you!

I picked this wonderful cottage for its proximity to a wedding venue nearby. I stayed there with some friends who could not stop telling me what an amazing find this was! Do not hesitate to stay here for the super peaceful surrounds like the garden, sea view, and eggs from the chickens (huge plus!!) A big thanks to the wonderful host Pam, who made the stay very simple from start to finish!

Excellent accommodation. We stayed for 4 weeks and it had everything we needed - including all the cooking facilities to prepare a 3 course lunch for friends. Cottage photos & description are accurate. Peaceful & private location at the end of a lane with a great gastro pub nearby. Train line is nearby but you quickly get used to it & it doesn't interfere. Lots of lovely walks directly from the cottage, especially along the Itchin river. Caroline is a responsive and helpful host. Train station at the end of the lane, but we found it easier to drive the 10 mins into Winchester and use a public carpark (plenty of availability). Just book it!

It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, all queries were delt with professionally and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and we intend to return in the near future.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for exploring the New Forest for a couple of days, whilst the very large garden allowed us to chill in the evenings. Very detailed instructions made finding the place and check in easy.

Great location for dog walking. Comfortable and quiet, yet close to Newport.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boat House. It really is a stunning location, close to all amenities and great restaurants, its also an ideal spot just to sit and watch the wildlife, we spotted Herons, Egrets and oystercatchers to name but a few! We also rented bikes from nearby 'Off the Rails' and had a great cycle ride along the river to Freshwater Bay. Would have loved to stay longer but hope to return soon.

A lovely self-contained annexe attached to Deb and her husbands cottage, with private access and parking off road. Really clear instructions provided by Deb prior to arrival. Very friendly when we met and came out to greet us and say goodbye. Otherwise left to our own devices but was welcomed to just knock on her door if we needed anything. Very comfortable including the bed zzzz

We had an amazing time staying at the Bothy with our 2 young children. The grounds are stunning and well looked after in such a peaceful setting, we slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a peep! Extremely comfy beds, luxury towels and all the games you could wish for. Kitchen and bathrooms particularly well decorated with all the amenities you could need. Great communication and hosting, our little boy fed Allies chickens and cuddled the cats and absolutely loved it. So glad we got to stay here and would absolutely recommend to all!

We loved Susan’s cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was really cosy and welcoming, we felt immediately at home. Location was great, being able to walk to the pubs and restaurants in the evening, but set in a lovely peaceful little row of cottages. Susan was also a super helpful host and really responsive. We had a great holiday, loved exploring Yarmouth and West Wight.

The Cot is an absolute gem — cosy, charming, and beautifully put together. We especially loved reading through the welcome pack and learning about the cottage’s history, which added such a personal touch to our stay. The decor is tasteful and inviting, but what truly stood out for us were the little luxuries — the high-quality linen and wonderfully comfortable pillows made all the difference. We have just spent nine nights at Ruth's wonderful cottage. It was perfect for a longer stay, with a really useful large wardrobe to store all our clothes, a large bathroom with complementary toiletries and a wonderful deep bath, perfect after a day of walking, and a fantastic kitchen with all mod cons. It was so handy to have use of the washing machine too for our longer stay. We never had any trouble with parking - we often managed to get a space on the road or else the free car park was very convenient. Ruth was very responsive and we just had the most relaxing, perfect stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again - it's fab!

From initial booking, arrival to departure Lisa was in touch to make sure everything was ok and set up for us & our grandson on arrival ( bed guard, stair guard & books to read ) . Any questions were responded to quickly and Lisa was really easy to message/chat to about the cottage and local area The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed and a few treats waiting for us on arrival. Lyndhurst centre was within easy walking distance ( even for a 4 year old) and we had no problems parking our car on the road near the cottage. We were able to unwind & relax after days out exploring and staying here meant we were within easy reach of most places in the new forest, paultons park, furzey gardens & Beaulieu all within a short drive. We would like to visit again and would definitely book Lisa’s cottage as it was a home from home

Such a lovely place to stay and everything is very well kept in the home. My one and only comment would have to be that whilst trees are beautiful things its such a shame you can't see the views at this time of year very well. It's such a stunning home and location that the glorious views would be wonderful with a few less trees surrounding the building.

This was our second stay in this charming cottage which really says it all. It is perfectly located for us to visit friends and family. The property offers safe off-street parking which is great when you have a rented car. Sandra is welcoming, friendly and unobtrusive. We just relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our week here.
