Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Titusville

I can't imagine a more perfect place for a beach getaway! This spot was so close to the beach AND we were able to walk to every restaurant we went to. We immediately felt at home and the bed was so so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Kathy and her team truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their philosophy of treating guests how they would like to be treated really shines through. Excellent communication.The house is beautifully maintained and fully stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need. From the thoughtful touches to the warm hospitality, everything was done with great care and taste. I highly recommend staying here – you’ll be in excellent hands! Definitely we will be back. This is the best little find! So peaceful and relaxing - you can walk along the water and see dolphins and manatees, sit on the dock and watch the space launches, and come home to the cutest little place. My dog and I spent more than a week here and loved every minute. Plus - super duper clean, the hosts are wonderful, and there's absolutely anything you need in the house - great use of the space. I can't recommend this place enough!

Genna’s place was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it! We were able to walk to a private beach access point & we were also super close to a lot of restaurants. It was the perfect getaway. The home was very clean and smelled great inside. Had plenty of towels and comfy clean beds. There is a shared laundry room that is on the left of the unit that includes tons of beach supplies to make your beach day a fun one! We will for sure be back and use Genna’s rental in the future. She was also very responsive and very friendly! 10/10

We had a lovely stay on our way driving up the coast and exploring the area and the Space Coast. The unit was surrounded by beautiful landscaping and was very serene. We walked to some great entertainment spots and to the beach. I highly recommend this place but beware that it is small, but perfect in all other ways!

Great cozy & very clean space for a couple. Basically across the street from the 8th Street public Beach access. Not a very walkable location to shops and restaurants but scooters available to rent in front of building. I liked that the apartment was about a mile from the busy part of Coco Beach since the beach was much quieter. Everything you could possibly need in apartment, even beach stuff. Perfect spot with plenty of parking and all needed amenities. I recommend for sure!

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Studio C is a gem. Perfect for a short getaway or long vacation. Very central, easy access to great eateries and bars. Christine was a pleasure to work with, any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The place is so comfy and cozy. Definitely recommend , and will use again .

This AirBNB was perfect for me and my family. The home was clean and fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen utensils to toiletries. My children loved the games and having their own space to relax. The drive to the beach was easy, there are good restaurants nearby as well as parks. We even got to see a Space X shuttle launch! We would absolutely love to book this home again for a future visit.

An absolutely solid place to stay! We stayed here so we could do midnight bioluminescence kayaking while still being close enough to Orlando for the theme parks. Everything was just as pictured. Beds and couch could have been more comfortable, but they were very well worth the price.

Great place to meet up with family. Pool was awesome to enjoy family fun. Residential , quiet neighborhood not too far from things to do. Home was a great base to be together.

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

Really enjoyed our stay. Directions to get to the place were easy to figure out. The space is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. The location is great - I was able to wake up and walk right across the street to a nice breakfast bakery where people were local and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

This is my second time staying at this apartment. I absolutely love it! It’s clean, quiet, right on the beach and there are several dining options within walking distance. The view is amazing! I will most definitely be back again!

It was a nice place with great location!

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!
