On the west coast of Tjörn you will find this two-story house with proximity to salty swimming. The house is located next to our house. Upstairs: a double bed, a single bed, and a junior bed. Bed linens and towels are not included Downstairs a bedroom with a double bed Kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, fish deli, as well as pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 5 mile to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

The apartment has a smaller bedroom with a single bed. A room with kitchenette, dining area & a 160 bed for 2 people. Bed linens & towels are included. One bathroom with toilet & shower. Access to the deck with chairs & table. 150 meters to kårevik swimming area with sandy beach. 500 meters to grocery store. 1 km to Restaurants & ferry location to Åstol & Dyrön

Badrummet är utrustat med dusch, tvättställ, wc och tvätt kombinerad torktumlare. Loftet har två 90 cm madrasser. Fin uteplats med möjlighet till avkoppling och grill.

On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
