Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Our apartment "Salesia" is centrally located to the center of Todtmoos. The spa gardens, playground, mini golf and the pedestrian zone of Todtmoos are within walking distance. The vacation rental is located in a house with a total of 3 residential units and is on the first floor. From the living room you have direct access to the garden. Historic Black Forest House

Welcome to our idyllic house on the edge of the forest. Enjoy the tranquility and use our barbecue area for relaxing evenings outdoors. Our house is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. In winter, numerous ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are only 15 minutes away. After an active day, you can unwind and recharge in our in-house sauna. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 5 cars and free Wi-Fi.

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
