Cost-effective, first of all, the transportation is very convenient (I recommend using Google Maps to find the way). The distance to several subway exits is easy to find, not more than three roads, very close, you can walk to it in less than five minutes, it is easy to plan the tram arrival time according to Google Maps.The station is a short walk to the accommodation, passing by a Family Mart and many vending machines. It is convenient to buy drinks and snacks after a day of play and breakfast the next day.On the last day, after dinner, go empty-handed to Daiso, Don Quijote, or the duty-free shop under Tsutenkaku (this shop is open until 23:00) to pack and buy daily necessities or souvenirs.It is also close to Tongtian Pavilion, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The room is fully equipped and scientifically arranged. There are charging plugs on both sides of the sofa and beside the bed where you can sit and lie down. WiFi can be connected normally.The washroom is relatively small, but it's not a problem for me, and the hot water is fast.The washing machine and microwave have not been used, and there is a small refrigerator that can store breakfast, desserts or drinks for the next day. The stairs are relatively narrow, and the bed on the third floor is relatively low, so it may not be suitable for larger guests. It's pretty safe nearby at night, and I've run into cats several times in the evening and at night. There is a traffic police station nearby.Because it is close to the station, there will be the sound of trams and police cars, the rest is very quiet.However, when the guest on the other floor comes back late at night and chats when going upstairs, you will hear the sound.But you won't hear the noise of water and electricity from other guests' rooms. The room is clean overall, the sheets are all new, and there are spare new utensils

I was allowed to stay for two days.It was two days moved by the Goemon bath and delicious food.There was also interaction with the family, and we had a very pleasant time, thank you very much.

Had an amazing time there. The location was very well preserved, and well maintained. You feel though you are stepping into a previous century when you enter the ground. We got a comfortable stay. And the owner was very friendly and helpful. Nearby town, there’s a little Izakaya called Imada which we recommend to visit.

The owner was very very nice!!!I also made the wrong way to check in and the time passed, but I was relieved that you handled it politely when I arrived!It was a very beautiful accommodation!!I enjoyed my trip with my first childhood friend in a long time!I wanted to use the ginsengyu shop I was doing with me, but I couldn't stop by due to my friend's time, so I definitely want to go eat when I come back again!!

I had an excellent stay at Reica guesthouse! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to explore the area. Host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any questions promptly. The space had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba

The host was very welcoming. We had breakfast and had great conversation. There was a huge party event that we were invited to which was fun. We all sung and shared amazing stories. Highly recommend!

Michi's accommodation is very nice, located in the heart of rice fields and tea fields. It was very nice to be away from the city and in a quiet place. The train station is a 20-minute walk, but Michi came to pick me up by car at the train station and even dropped me off when I left. He's very thoughtful. Thank you Michi for this stay.

The house is at the top of the hill, it is a 15-minute walk from the station, a 10-minute walk is a small road, there are many guests in Europe and America, and single women are very careful.I used to live in Zhang for two years and is safe.It would be better to bring beddings, the beds are a rough style.The price is very good value and you can't even do it for a tour.

this place is definitely one of a kind. I’ve lived in many Japanese houses before, this one is the most traditional, spacious and beautiful one. The house it self is full of surprises, and you cannot a it anywhere else. The only down side is that it you have luggages, you may better call a taxi since it’s couple minutes away from the bus station, but that’s the nature of Kanazawa as a city so no complaints about that. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay for a family trip.

We stayed 5 nights at Yukikos place to discover Kyoto from there. The position in Kyoto is a charm. You can walk to the imperial palace and if you are into cycling you can get to almost every place you'd want to visit. It's a very cozy apartment, we felt like home and could have stayed much longer. There is everything (e.g. laundry machine) you need for a stay, nothing missed. The bicycles were handy for us to go to the city, they work pretty well and Yukiko was a great help with some bike specific stuff in Kyoto. The area of the appartement is calm and relaxed. There is a seven eleven 3 minutes (walking) away, a subway station as well and lots of great restaurants and cafes. One thing we enjoyed was the temple nearby which felt much more realistic than the large ones and pretty ones you'll read about in every guide. Huge thanks to Yukiko and her family! A heart warming welcome and communication. We would love to come back some day :)

A brilliant place to stay in Kyoto. A great location. Super clean. Surprisingly spacious for our family of five. And in the best part of town. Highly recommend.

We really liked the accommodation. The highlights are the living room and bathroom. All in all, very clean, very well furnished, authentic and cosy. After Tokyo and Kyoto, we wanted some peace and quiet and decided in favour of this accommodation. You should definitely hire a bike and then explore the ancient ruins. It's wonderful on a bike. There are also very nice little cafés in the town. A Seven Eleven is very easy to reach on foot, so you can stock up on groceries. We had a very nice time out on our honeymoon.

My trip was perfect. Thank you Kazuo for the hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and you have everything you need very close. I will miss the two precious cats. I hope to be able to repeat on my return to Japan :)

Loved our stay at Mingwai’s place. It was so well equipped. The kitchen had all that we had to cook and eat comfortably. The room and toilets were clean too. It’s 20min walk from the station but buses are available as well. Mingwai was kind, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this hostel!
