North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Here we have found our perfect retreat on the North Sea and designed it in such a way that we can enjoy nature, tranquility and space here without having to give up the comfortable pleasures of modern living... architecture to feel good!

In the former stable, we have set up a modern loft apartment while maintaining the rustic charm of the room wherever possible. Here, the historic beam ceiling meets the stylish, heated concrete floor. In the center of Eiderstedt's main town, the historic harbor town of Tönning, located in the immediate vicinity of the harbor, all sights, from the Multimar Wattforum to the harbor with the packing house to the market with the St. Lawrence Church, are within walking distance.

This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

Our spacious Danish-style vacation home is located on the Eiderstedt peninsula and is located in the idyllic village of Kating. The nearly 500 m² property offers an unobstructed view of the sheep meadows opposite and of fantastic sunsets. The single-story vacation home "Sanderling" can accommodate up to 4 people and has a living area of 65 m² plus an outdoor terrace and garden.
