Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Torquay

Keren was excetionally friendly and very willing to help with an array of activities and walks in the area. She is very knowledgeable on the area and generous with her time. The bedroom, kitchen & bathroom are spotlessly clean. The shower has a good flow of hot water. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. There is ample free parking outside the house. Keren's generous breakfast including home grown fruits, homemade wholesome bread and homemade jams was nothing short of amazing. There was also various cereals available and delicious fruit juice, along with a variety of teas & of course coffee. We thoroughly recommend her place.

Adam and Susie were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. The location was idyllic, a quiet piece of paradise surrounded by nature. Breakfast was superb - especially their own honey. We will definitely return!

As ever Jan was a fantastic host. Lovely rooms with a great view and excellent breakfasts.

We stayed one night with Pam and it was fabulous. The room and amenities were great but we most enjoyed being hosted by Pam and her partner! She showed us around their gorgeous property and even gave us a little boat ride on their ‘poke’ (pond/lake😂) they’re both super friendly and welcoming, we felt immediately comfortable. Pam also went out of her way and picked us up from the train station. Can’t recommend enough ☺️

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

The room was everything we could have asked for and more; the personal touches like tea & bottled water in the room, bath robes and slippers, and the exhaustive breakfast options, all made for an enjoyable & restful trip to Lympstone. The house is clean and quiet, though a little hard to access without a vehicle. All-in-all, it felt like coming home to a family!

Nogle dejlige rolige dage i et historisk interessant sted i landlige omgivelser. Princetown er et godt udgangspunkt for vandreture over heden. Det er muligt at spise aftensmad i Princetown, som ligger en km fra Tor Royal Farm. Hyggeligt at bo på en gård med køer, får og venlige hyrdehunde.

What a fantastic B&B in the heart of Torquay. Paula and Ray do a wonderful job and made our short stay a brilliant one. Our ground floor room was a lovely size and perfect for our kids and the breakfast each morning was a delight. Fantastic service and always a friendly face or someone available to help. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing few days at Julie's. Totnes and surroundings are beautiful and great cafes. Julie's place is so calming and pristine . The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. Julie also was very helpful with suggestions for places to go. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay. Took the dogs who were made very welcome. Amazing breakfast and Sunday dinner. Can't wait to stay again.

Had a peaceful stay at the Kethla, room was stunning and had everything I needed. lovely toiletries too. Jonathan was really accommodating and made me a lovely breakfast! Felt like a Queen!

A bright, clean, comfortable en-suite room in a beautiful family home. There was a warm welcome from Ruth, Jo and the dogs. We enjoyed a delicious, generous breakfast and were grateful for the tips on places to visit and eat. Plenty of on street parking close to the house. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great stay with comfortable room & lovely breakfast along with a very warm welcome & friendly feel throughout our stay. Perfect position for walking, visiting Salcombe and with a homely inn a few steps away. It was that good we are already planning our next stay there…

Katherine’s house was located in a in a lovely secluded area . The views were beautiful and it was easy access to the main centre which was perfect for restaurants and bars. It’s only a short walk to the train station which was perfect for me. Katherine was easy to get in contact with and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Huge room for my dad and I, two bedrooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. If I am ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely home, felt relaxed and welcome. Very peaceful so had a great sleep followed by a very generous breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer - next time!

Lovely spot for us to crash overnight. My friend, who we were surprising, lived just a 10 minute walk away. We were also able to check in a bit earlier, which really suited us, so thank you for that. Really comfortable nights sleep, cosy accommodation and lovely area to be able to explore if you wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Anne is a wonderful hostess, gave us a very warm welcome and recommendations! What a beautiful setting and the surroundings! Beautiful house and so quiet and peaceful just what we wanted in the magnificent Devon countryside. Exactly as in the photos and described. We stayed only one night unfortunately but would have loved to have stayed a week it was so beautiful there. Breakfast also was great and fresh sourdough bread Anne had just baked. Had a lovely walk around after breakfast and saw the horses, hens, sheep, stunning landscape and natural beautiful countryside. What a lovely dog Mack they have, he is so timid and welcoming also.
