This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

Sara et Giovanni sont des hôtes extrêmement adorables et très sympathiques. D’une rare gentillesse, ils sont venus nous chercher à la gare en voiture et nous ont raccompagnés. La communication était très facile en français. Habitués des locations Airbnb, cet appartement se distingue très nettement d’autres appartements aseptisés au décor international et standardisé. Ce logement a en effet énormément de charme et d’atouts et possède une belle âme à l’image des propriétaires. Très bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé (proche commerce, plage, restaurant et centre ville) l’appartement est très calme et on y dort très bien ! On recommande vivement cette adresse et on reviendra sans aucun doute.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort hat hervorragend funktioniert, Francesco hat uns selbst die Wohnung gezeigt und alles wichtige erklärt. Zudem war er immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und ein MiniMarket für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es war von unserer Seite her ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und ist perfekt, wenn man sich wie zuhause fühlen will. Wir waren als Familie mit einem Kind Dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man kann vom Balkon aus das Meer genießen und ist innerhalb von wenigen Schritten am Strand. Die top ausgestattete Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, selbst zu kochen. Marcella ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, was den Umgang mit uns angeht können wir sagen: perfekt! Zum Pool können wir nichts sagen, da er leider wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen war. Alles in allem: Premium Lage, tolle Wohnung, perfekte Gastgeber!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Alessandra und Mirko waren super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super für einen entspannten Strandurlaub geeignet. Restaurant, Läde, etc. sind alle super, auch zu Fuß, erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt

모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 3층에 위치하지만 엘리베이터가 있어서 용이했습니다. 우리는 대형견 한마리와 함께 3일간 지냈는데, 바다와 해변이 보이는 전망도 좋았습니다. 에어컨이 없어서 당황했지만, 창문을 열어 놓으니 바람이 많이 불어서 시원하고 좋았습니다. Viserba는 거리도 깨끗하고 산책하기 좋은 동네입니다. 저녁 마다 강아지와 함께 2시간 씩 산책을 했고, 저녁 늦게까지 열려있는 상점들 덕분에 산책이 더 즐거웠습니다. 건물내에 주차장이 없는 것이 아쉬웠지만, 슈퍼마켓도 가깝고 자주 차량을 이용해서 이동할 이유가 없었기 때문에 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

I am very pleased to have found Nomastay Srl's apartment which is a real gem. The outstanding feature is the terrace providing a large outdoor space with pleasant views of the street in one direction, and towards the coast in the other. A great place to relax with an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Inside, the flat is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a good TV and WiFi. I really liked having a dish washer. The location is really close to the beach and only short walk to the station and the older part of the town. The street itself is very quiet. The Normastay team are highly professional and really well organised. They provide a brilliant video to demonstrate how to access the flat and use the equipment. The team was always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Sono stata nell' appartamento di Sabrina una settimana con mia figlia. l' appuntamento è piccolissima ma ben organizzata, è dotata di tutti i confort per concederti di passare qualche giorno di relax. Ogni settore era ben fornita, ad esempio i condimenti in cucina, detersivo per la lavastoviglie,detergenti e per il bagno ecc. Ho molto gradito anche la presenza della macchina del caffè. L' appuntamento si trova a metà tra Misano e Cattolica faccilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi o bici. Sabrina e suo marito sono stati dei host molto disponibili e comprensibili. Il giorno del check in la mia macchina a metta strada ha avuto un avaria e ho dovuto portarla in officina. Ho proseguito il viaggio in treno fino a Cesena. A Cesena poi Sabrina e suo marito si sono offerti di darmi un passaggio fino a Misano. Sono stati gentilissimi ad aiutarmi con informazioni e il passaggio.
