Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Torre Pedrera

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Abbiamo scelto Casa Mazzarini per le nostre vacanze a Cesenatico: io, mia moglie e i nostri due figli (1 e 4 anni) ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione. Era fornitissima di tutto il necessario, con uno stile minimal che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La pulizia era impeccabile - una delle rare volte in cui ogni dettaglio era davvero curato. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il terrazzo è uno dei punti forti: abbiamo cenato all’aperto quasi ogni sera, ed è stato un piacere. Anche la posizione è ottima: la spiaggia si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in pochi minuti. A coronare il tutto, Andrea è stato un host fantastico. Sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. Ha anche preparato una guida utilissima con consigli su bar, ristoranti, panifici e altro. Se tornassimo a Cesenatico, Casa Mazzarini sarebbe sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, organizzato e pulito, moderno e tecnologico. La struttura mette a disposizione piscina e vasca idromassaggio, il parcheggio è privato e si trova davanti. La cucina è dotata di tutto quello che serve e di un kit di olio/sale e spezie. I bagni sono 3, completi di asciugamani e sapone. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno, sicuramente ci ritorneremo !

Host Mario is een super lieve, aardige en sociale man. Er was een ruime parkeerplaats op eigen terrein, wat heel fijn is. Alle ruimtes waren ruim. Prijskwaliteit super. In het dorp was het erg gezellig en je kan er heerlijk eten. Een aanrader voor een korte periode.

Deze lokatie lag zeer dicht bij de plaats waar onze jongste dochter tijdelijk studeert. Wij hebben dan ook zeer veel tijd samen kunnen doorbrengen tijdens die week herfstvakantie. Ideale lokatie om Forli en omgeving te verkennen. Mooi terras om 's morgens te ontwaken en te ontbijten in het ochtend zonnetje. Wij konden voor alle vragen en problemen terecht bij onze contactpersoon Salvatore die samen met zijn echtgenote zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren voor het overhandigen van de sleutels en voor het uitchecken. Zij hebben zelfs verdere hulp aangeboden aan onze dochter voor de verdere tijd van haar studies en indien dit nodig moest blijken. De communicatie met zowel Matteo als met Salvatore verliep zeer vlot en zonder enig probleem. Met andere woorden: een zeer fijne ervaring en zeer vriendelijke gastheren om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Nogmaals bedankt Matteo, Salvatore en echtgenote en wij weten waar we terecht kunnen als we nog eens terugkeren naar Forli !!!

La casa è bellissima, oltre le aspettative! E’ in una posizione ottima; basta scendere le scale e si è già in centro. Dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Casa pulita e il proprietario molto cordiale e rapido nelle risposte. Quando tornerò a Milano Marittina sceglierò questo appartamento.

totalement conforme a la description très joli logement décor mer, des terrasses avec vues Mer, la plage gratuite à 2 minutes, restaurants abordables à proximité, pas utilisés la voiture pendant les quelques jours.

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico! Casa moderna,spaziosa,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice,asciugatrice,lavastoviglie,microonde,macchinetta del caffè,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze,sauna e bagno turco… Anche lo spazio esterno è un sogno!!! Una grande piscina dove nuotare,lettini per rilassarsi al sole, barbecue per grigliare e tavolo da Ping pong per divertirsi con gli amici… Insomma… non manca proprio nulla qui!! Anche la zona è strategica: Se non si ha voglia di spostare la macchina a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un supermercato, un bar/ pasticceria dove far colazione e ottimi ristoranti dove cenare!! Per chi cerca un po’ di divertimento bastano 15/20 minuti di auto per raggiungere Rimini e Riccione… Direi il luogo perfetto per le vacanze!!! Davide è un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Un Host perfetto! Che dire… diamo 5 stelle ma ne vorremmo dare almeno 10!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

Appartamento su due piani arredato con eleganza, pulito e tranquillo. Posizione ottima, parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze, Monika e Christoph sempre gentili e disponibili. Grazie di tutto, se capiterà torneremo volentieri.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls privat und großzügig. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist stets erreichbar gewesen und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden direkt am Bahnhof empfangen und am Abreisetag auch wieder zum Bahnhof begleitet. Alles war perfekt und wir würden uns auf jeden Fall erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Struttura moderna e pulita, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare raggiungibile con una bella pista ciclo - pedonale. Ottima come base per girare Gabicce e dintorni. La struttura è disposta su due livelli e offre un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno confortevole Un grazie agli host per la gentilezza e disponibilità

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

We hebben het heel fijn gehad. De studio was fijn en comfortabel. Fijne bedden! Oscar was heel aardig en pro actief . Hij helpt je graag! Omgeving was top zo in juni ook niet mega druk. Rustige veilige buurt.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Host disponibili, appartamento nel centro storico a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, ampia metratura, disposto molto bene con anche un cortile interno ombreggiato: tutto nuovo, in particolare ci sono piaciuti i due bagni, ognuno dei quali con doccia resa particolarmente accogliente dai rivestimenti decorati di gran buon gusto. Consigliatissimo.

Giuseppe was a very responsive host. His place was very tidy and had enough space for a family of five. The kitchen was fully functional except for the dishwasher which he mentioned earlier needed fixing. The beach isn’t too far of a drive away and we always found affordable parking along the streets. There are plenty of wonderful Italian restaurants nearby and on the beach. Giuseppe gave us his personal recommendations which were all great. There’s a bar nearby for a morning cappuccino and cornetto. And we appreciated having a washer and dryer on site for laundry needs with small children. Would definitely recommend to families! Rimini fun to explore, the beaches are beautiful with plenty of playgrounds and Italy in miniature is a great theme park less than 10minutes from the apartment.

Very well equipped and modern apartment in a private location but still walkable to riccione. Clean and well organised. Friendly and responsive host.
