Beautifully located house/apartment about 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike (5 km with 200 m elevation gain) in a quiet small town, small restaurant and shop available. Great description to find the apartment. From the terrace you have a view of the lake. Very nice garden with great flowers. Antonella lives directly opposite and is very friendly, gives tips (e.g. bike tour/ sea, Monte Beiuga). We only wanted to see this as a stopover, but then extended it because it was so beautiful. Great communication with her, extension was spontaneously possible as well as very spontaneous booking. Free parking in the village and also in Cogoleto on the beach if you drive down by car. Apartment has everything you want, large bathroom. Antonella is great, you feel at home. They even got eggs from their own chickens. We would come back at any time, even for a longer period. Thank you, it was great!

Close to the beach, the stay was great. The apartment was noisy, you could hear the neighbors, but that's because of the old building. The instructions for check-in & out were super described. We will be happy to come back. Best regards

We had a nice, quiet stay with very, very friendly hosts. The house is nestled in nature in a wonderfully quiet area. Ideal for switching off from everyday life. To make purchases or excursions, you need the car, which Rosella also indicates in the description. It was an all-round successful short break for us, which was also due to the family, who welcomed us so kindly and amicably.

The house is very charming, very bright, well-kept, and recently renovated. The bed is comfortable and there is also a very nice sofa in front of the window for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a very spacious wardrobe. But the real strengths are the spectacular sea view and the kindness and helpfulness of Ileana. In less than 10 minutes on foot you are at the sea or in the center where there are shops and restaurants. The area is quiet and there are no parking problems. Really a delightful little house!
