It was a very nice lodge clean and tidy only 5 minutes ti the beach sainsbury just 2 minutes away and host good communication

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Fantastic stay on a lovely site. Very quiet corner location, tucked away although main parking space is under a tree so try to avoid if you don’t want lots of bird poo on your car!! Very clean caravan with lots of very thoughtful extras for every kind of guest. WiFi very reliable, access passes to site amenities sent over without needing to ask and clear instructions given for check out. Would stay here again.

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

We had an amazing time, This house was lovely, just like the description, perfect for a holiday. The host was easy to communicate with and the instructions were very clear. The area is lovely, backing into a horse field with beautiful views. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice holiday in the new forest. Thank you for a lovely holiday and great memories.

We travelled down from Scotland to see our family and had a warm welcome from Pippa nothing was too much trouble we would recommend this little gem to anyone who needs a quite private base with a warming atmosphere

A perfect house in a perfect location. Two minutes walk to Lyndhurst high street with lots of places to have coffee and browse. A five minute walk to access the new forest. The house was spotless with very nice decor. It was well equipped and there was nothing else needed to make it a very cosy and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

Where do I start! What an AMAZING place! Such a stunning house with beautiful surroundings and in the perfect location! Literally 5 minutes from Paultons Park, and 30 minutes from many beaches. Gaby recommended a couple of beaches which we explored and both were 30/40minutes away. Gaby and Joel left basics for us, like egg, milk and bread which we really appreciated, after travelling 4 hours to get there, we just wanted to settle in, so were very grateful. We absolutely loved the house, we loved spending every minute there. A beautiful garden for the children to enjoy with some beautiful plants. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip so we can stay there and enjoy the house more!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Fantastic place to stay. Even though we didn't see Naomi we had regular contact with her and she was very helpful and responsive even when I lost the check in details. Great location,brilliant local bars. We can highly recommend this as a great place to stay. A1.

Wow ! What a beautiful rural place ! So cosy , super clean, well designed , the interior is stunning and everything you need within the lodge ! Great location near bishops Waltham that has nice independent shops cafes and pubs and only 20 min drive to Winchester and paultons park! Lots to do in the area but feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere so peaceful ! The lodge is very insulated so it did get hot over the nice weekend but Jackie was super quick to give us some fans for the room- she went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable during our stay, would definitely recommend, thanks Jackie !

We really enjoyed the Blue House. We enjoyed walking to everything close by. We really enjoyed walking the old wall and past all the remaining old buildings that survived the blitz. We highly recommend walking towards the Solent, through Queens Park to Oxford st. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Being close to ferry terminal and having parking a plus too. Faye was an amazing host. Quick to respond and helpful with our early dropping off of luggage and a bit of extra time on check-out.

We had a brilliant stay here - the cottage is really lovely, excellently decorated (we definitely took a few ideas away for our own house!). It’s been completed to a very high standard. Very clean and we appreciated the small details, such as a long extension lead! Lots of amenities, especially for children including plates, bowls, cutlery, high chair, cot. Excellent location for both Romsey town centre or Paultons/Peppa Pig.

We had a lovely stay in Colin’s place whilst visiting my dad at the hospital. The house was spotless and very spacious. Had everything we needed. Lovely enclosed garden which the dogs loved! Nice quiet area. Parking can be a-bit tricky but other than that everything was great! Colin was also very helpful and let us have a late check out. We will definitely be back in the future. Just perfect ! Beautifully appointed accommodation which is both a touch of luxury and homely. The location could not be better , in the centre of Christchurch which is a friendly pretty town with lots of restaurants and shops. Excellent public transport so you can take a break from driving ! Chris and Judy catered for our every need and more .The welcome treats are a lovely touch .They are very responsive and friendly but very discreet . This is our favourite UK holiday destination Chris and Judys' will now be our 'go to' accommodation .

We had a lovely weekend. The house is stunning and so spacious. Plenty of communal areas in the house. Plenty of parking, and private. Everything was clean and well equipped. We hope we can stay again some time

We stayed at No5 for a short break. Part of the trip was to visit the Christmas market and Cathedral. This property had the best location just a five minute walk from both. A charming, cosy mews house, a home from home with high end decor and spec. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Winchester.

5* Stay and perfect location for Peppa Pig World. Anna met us on arrival where she showed us around the cottage and all the amenities. She had stocked the fridge with locally sourced butter, milk, and jams in addition to an unexpected bottle of fizz, plus tea, freshly ground coffee, nespresso pods and a loaf of locally sourced sourdough!. Anna had made some really lovely touches, the kitchen radio which was playing on arrival and had fleshly cut flowers on the table. The garden was beautifully tended - a little private haven, a lovely spot for an evening glass of wine! We we're visiting with our children (1 and 3yrs) to celebrate our daughter turning 3. Anna provided a crib for our youngest, a range of toys and books, a baby toilet seat and children's plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Anna was so thoughtful that she even left a wrapped gift for her birthday. She also offered an eary check in and late check out. We would highly recommend Home Cottage, its a really lovely home from home.
