Sophie’s home in Normandy was lovely and easily accommodated our family of 4 including two young kids aged 3 and 4. The house was spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped. Sophie herself came a greeted us, which was very sweet. She also add small but memorable touches to the home including leaving some Madelines and have a drawer full of toys, colored pencils, and books. We were there for D-Day Anniversary events and the proximity to everything made it quite easy. We’d love to stay again if we are back in the area and would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed 7 for 3 nights, during the anniversary weekend of the landing. Our stay was perfect. Marie-Hélène and Claude's hospitality is impeccable. Hosts who care about our well-being. The castle's outbuildings are even more beautiful than in the photos. The environment is bucolic, calm and majestic. Everything is thought for the well-being of all (beautiful garden, outdoor and indoor games for all ages, a full and very well-equipped kitchen, the bedding is famous, the cleanliness is impeccable). The castle's location is ideal for visiting all the D-Day sites. We highly recommend this Airbnb which offers undeniable value for money.
