Very nice home and hosts. Very generous with coffee pods and left wine and olives as a welcome gift. WiFi is a little spotty and mostly only worked in main kitchen area. Would be difficult to work there if needed reliable wifi. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the outdoor area, pool and bbq are great. Beautiful and spacious home that’s very well equipped for cooking etc. Great for a family or group. Merci.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Listing matches the descriptions. Host welcoming and responsive. Only small downside: Installed on the terrace in the early evening, we could not enjoy the calm... Too much noise. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Garden and pool were gorgeous and everything inside the house was well thought out and had everything we needed for our whole stay. The walk into Antibes is 30 mins but there is a little bus and uber is easily available. Lots of little welcome goodies which was so kind and thoughtful.

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. This villa is a little gem, it’s better than the photos and the location is great, so close to the medieval town. I would advise you would need a car to stay here, but access is easy. Leo was very quick to respond to any questions. We will be coming back !!

We had a great time in this pleasant home in all respects as described and ideally located for discovering the charming surrounding villages. I recommend it.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Brenneke is a perfect hostess who always provided us with many tips and help when we had a question. The house is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love and personality by the decor queen Brenneke. The rooms are cool and air-conditioned and the pool and outdoor areas are furnished with plenty of seating and cozy corners. Within short driving distances, beautiful small and large towns and sights can be reached. We had a great week at Brenneke's and thank you for that!

Perfect, fabulous view

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Beautiful house perfectly as advertised, perfect location with great calm, very large garden with great views of the valley and the beaches are easily accessible. The house is very well-equipped and our stay was perfect. Silveria is a lovely host, we recommend it 100%.

Fantastic views and a great place to use as a base

We have never had such a relaxing vacation! Let's start with the garden- this lovely garden...so neat and pretty 😍 with the most amazing pool which was cleaned every three days... sparkling all the time ❤️ there we enjoyed our cocktails accompanied with amazing view 🍹🍸 The house itself was so very clean and it had everything that you need...the kitchen was with all kinds of equipment, we did not miss a thing. Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
