House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the overhanging hillside of the Regional Domain, including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

The Stables of Hodebert Castle

Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Carefully decorated, the house offers a very bright living room with a fireplace (wood provided). Heated swimming pool 16 m x 4 m.

The Dream Tower (air-conditioned)

You'll love this unique and romantic escape in this picturesque 19th century dovecote. This air-conditioned guest room (independent entrance, private accommodation) located in a historic setting will amaze you. Between the Loire and Loir Valleys, close to the country of Balzac and Ronsard, you can visit the wonderful castles lining the valleys and its renowned vineyards, not to mention its hiking trails and its famous Loire bike circuit.

Large single-storey room with independent entrance. Shower, toilet. Access to the park: various games. Quiet little valley in the Vouvray vineyard. breakfast available for 8 euro/pers, couple 15 euro (children 5 euro) we serve a "continental" breakfast: coffee, tea, chocolate. A bakery buffet (breads, croissants, brioche) A cold Touraine buffet (homemade yogurt, goat cheese, rillettes. jams, honey, spread. orange juice, apple juice.

Adjacent to a manor house (built in 1549), close to many tourist attractions, our three characterful rooms, one of which is located in a troglodyte cellar, will allow you to experience the tranquility of the Centre-Loire region. The property has been recently renovated and offers excellent comfort, with spacious rooms . The living/dining room with kitchenette was built in a troglodyte cellar around the old forge.

Traditional tourangelle house, swim in the middle of the Touraine-Amboise vineyards on the Loire road by bike, ideally located to discover the many royal castles. A green setting close to the many wonders of the Loire Valley ( Châteaux Amboise /Clos Lucé / Chenonceaux / Chaumont/Chambord / Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo...). Entering the independent house. Breakfast is included in the rental.

Bed and breakfast located 5 minutes' walk from the center of Chinon, offering a magnificent view of the Fortress and the Vienne. Ideal location for discovering Chinon and its surroundings (castles and gardens, vineyards, bike rides...) Breakfast is included and includes hot drink, juice, bread and pastries, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses. Remote work is possible.
