La Moire, vous accueille toute l'année dans une propriété exclusive que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou au coin du feu, au calme total. Elle est très bien située, à Bréhémont, village en bord de Loire , 9 km d'Azay-le-Rideau , Villandry et Langeais (7km) et des magnifiques chateaux de la Loire. La maison se compose de 4 ch pour 8 pers, WIFI, parking privé, piscine hors sol chauffée de Mai à Octobre selon météo et températures nocturnes. Non adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
