"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.

Books, magazines, board games, wifi and a wood stove. Hommes is located near the many castles 13 km from Langeais , 30 km from Saumur and 35 km from Tours. A lake is 2 km from the cottage, ideal for picnics, swimming and bike ride, you will also find a guinguette and water games.

Come and rest with us when you visit the area. We are located close to the Loire by bike, the Indre Valley, the Chinon Forest and in the center of the Loire Castles! The accommodation is adjoining our house but completely independent and has a small private terrace for you to enjoy!
