Maison de 130 m2 sur terrain clos avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC grand séjour équipé d’une cuisine ouverte. A 11 Kms de l’aéroport, à 15 du centre-ville de Tours à environ 30 minutes des châteaux Amboise, Chenonceaux, Villandry, Azay le rideau, Langeais, Blois, une heure du Zoo de Beauval. Le logement est dans une zone résidentielle calme, la quiétude doit être respectée (Les fêtes nocturnes ne sont pas acceptées). Une caution de 500€ vous sera demandé. Les animaux NON acceptés

Nous vous accueillons jusqu'à 6 personnes dans notre grand troglo de 150 m2 avec ses 2 terrasses (avec piscine, suivant la saison du 1er mai à fin octobre (non chauffée, mais située plein sud)), 2 suites parentales, une grande pièce de vie avec un coin nuit, un grand salon et une belle cuisine d'été. Notre troglo est très lumineux et est situé plein sud avec une magnifique végétation qui vous fera penser être ailleurs.

The musicians' house is located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, a quiet village close to a large beautiful park overlooking the Loire. we mostly welcome families. The house is welcoming, comfortable and spacious. Parties strictly forbidden but Châteaux de la Loire at will! We don't offer linen but we can provide it if you wish. €12 per bed kit including sheets and shower towels. Parking in the garden (2 cars) Nice terrace with plancha.
