We'd love to have you as our guests on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies!! We're somewhat new to Airbnb, but not new to providing wonderful stays at our place in Townsend. Located 2 miles up the mountain from the Townsend Visitor Center, we're in a gated community (not a cabin village) that gives you a private, serene experience just 3 miles from the entrance to the Smokies. We’re in a private neighborhood, so we ask our guests to observe speed limits, one way roads, and quiet hours. Have fun!

New charming lodge with 360 views on 3.3 acres
Big Sky Lodge sits on 3.3 acres with 360 degree views of the mountains and woods. It is a brand new build with lots of quiet places to relax. We’ve paid attention to design details with plush beds, double oven, high end fireplace, custom cabinets, large deck, stamped patios and fire pit. The kitchen is loaded with nice pots and pans and pottery baking dishes. Every bedroom has a television as do both living rooms. The top of the property is locally considered one of the best views in Townsend.

NOTE: We are 3 min from GSMNP, not 40 min as Airbnb states. Cozy & comfortable, with room for 3 but perfect for 2. Overlooking the Little River and located on the walking/biking trail in town. Less than 1 mile to Great Smoky Mtns. Nat. Park, across the river from Vee Hollow Bike Trails. River access on the property (the steps to the river may be difficult for some.) Need more room? Fish, swim, tube, play, and enjoy the "Peaceful side of the Smokies" in Townsend TN, located just 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. This cabin is one of five rentals we own on a spread of 18 acres. Enjoy 700 ft of private river front access, walk across the swinging bridge to explore town, or head just 2 miles to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park!
