located near everything, an easily accessible place, very well aired, restaurant in front of Buffet at kilo. Near the market, bakery, pharmacy all 100 meters from the emancipation avenue. Very quiet place, safe, and good neighborhood. Family setting in the heart of Tramandaí , only 2 apartments in the building.
