La casa di Joly è stata ristrutturata da poche settimane in stile moderno. Dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni ed una cucina, wifi e phon. La struttura presenta uno spazio esterno privato dove si può parcheggiare. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e lontana dal traffico. La posizione è ideale per visitare i Cunicoli di Claudio (a 3 minuti), per escursioni in montagna (Velino, Ovindoli e diversi sentieri locali). E' distante circa 110 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e circa 1h da Roma.

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. WARNING: the house has a somewhat narrow staircase to go up to the floor, but then it is all on one floor.
