Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Das Bad hat einen großen Heizkörper zum Handtücher trocknen. Es gibt ein 180 cm Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein Matratzensofa im Wohnzimmer.
