Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient. We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

On the 1700 square meter and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut, Kokosnuss, Kompass and Ausguck and the four vacation homes Backbord, Steuerbord, Kapitän and Kajüte. The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.
