Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Traverse City

Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this home! The host was fantastic, and the accommodations were everything we could want. The host supplied every amenity listed, plus more that you didn't even know you might need. Excellent location, very quiet, plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Traverse City.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Nick’s space was perfect for our last minute girls trip! Close to everything, clean, and we all said the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely book this space again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seeblick Haus. What a special location and home. The kitchen was well stocked, the views were great, and the house was cozy. I especially loved how it glowed at night with lots of diffused light. Thank you for opening your home for us and others!

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

We had a great time staying at Debra and Greg place! They were wonderful hosts and responded very quickly. The house was nice and had everything we needed! Having the dedicated parking spot was convenient. I will note that the street in front of the house does get busy during the day. Other than that, it’s a nice location close to everything you could want.

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

Mark’s place was absolutely perfect. It was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I’m usually one who packs everything and the kitchen sink and I found that I didn’t need it because Mark-s condo had it all. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. I also loved how the condo is located on the TART trail which made it super convenient to hop on for a quick bike ride. We definitely plan to return. Thanks again!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

Lauren’s place was perfect for us to stay at when we had a wedding weekend. She was responsive and we had no problems! Recommend!

Great spot, conveniently located walking distance to any place downtown!

Very clean studio apartment. Close to downtown TC. We occasionally could hear guests in the neighboring apartment but wasn't too bothersome.

Top of the Shoppe Apt 1 was great! Perfect location to enjoy downtown and parking at the apartment was a plus. Just above the Omelette Shop which made for an easy, delicious breakfast each morning. At times it could be a bit loud from the local bars music, but to be expected with the location (didn’t impair our sleep though) Would highly recommend if you want to be able to walk the main areas. Short drive to the dunes and a very short walk to a beach. Definitely set up for 2 adults but does have a pack n play for a toddler/infant if needed.

We had the best stay! Condo was adorable and clean. Perfect walking distance to downtown. Couldn’t recommend more!

Beautiful weekend. Home was cozy and relaxing. Furnished with everything you need. Carrie was great to work with. So many meal options at The Commons.

This was our first time in Michigan and Traverse city and we felt right at home in Natalia’s AirBnb. This place was honestly one of the best AirBnb’s I have ever stayed at in almost 20 years of using this service. The place is spacious, spotless and well equipped. Natalia has almost everything you can think of for amenities in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The place has a designer’s touch and looks like it could be featured in Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. The other bonus is how close the place is to all the restaurants and waterfront. Don’t even hesitate to book her AirBnb. Highly recommended and this is coming from a picky person!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. Saturday morning we took an easy walk along the lakeshore to the downtown farmers market. We were able to easily walk from front street business district to the condo as well. We will definitely come back to this condo on our next visit to TC!

This condo is very pretty and bright. All the necessities were onsite which made the stay very comfortable. The location is wonderful and so close to many shops and restaurants downtown. A movie channel would have been nice as we like to relax in the evening watching a movie. Otherwise, we love this place!

This was our first time to Traverse City and we lucked up finding this condo on the beach/water! It was decorated so cute with modern/clean touches. Very easy to enter/leave with press-lock. The bed is SO comfortable. We were very appreciative of the 'Welcome' book with recommendations of things to do/places to see around Traverse. Would definitely book here again!

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!
