Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Lovely house with courtyard and terrace nr. canal

Our two-bedroom gîte is located in the medieval village of Trebes, close to the Canal du Midi and a good selection of restaurants. It takes a few minutes to cycle and five minutes to walk from the canal to the house. We provide a welcome drinks tray and breakfast for the first morning of your stay. There is a secure, undercover area to store bicycles. Carcassonne and Lac Cavayere can be reached within 15 minutes by car and the airport is a 20 minute drive from the house.

Our Garden Rooms are the Summer bedrooms of the house. Traditionally the family would move to the ground floor during the hotter months. The Apartment retains all of the original features, fireplace, high ceilings and crown mouldings give the place a lovely relaxing feeling of grandeur and a by gone era. With direct access to the gardens and pool you'll enjoy the 300 days of sunshine the Aude region receives every year.
