We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Great stay good location friendly welcome

The 'Casa Margherita' is a real gem. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom spacious and beautiful. But the very best thing is the very good breakfast. Catia is also a very dear person. We'll be back!

Nice place, nice view, very comfortable bed! The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but the window is well insulated.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Giorgio & Monica were the BEST! Monica met us upon arrival and gave much needed, clear instructions on her Air B n B. This included the homes amenities as well as the pool are. We were impressed with the spotless cleanliness of the home and grounds. We slept great and it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this 5 Star location!

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

This accommodation was simply beautiful! We were incredibly warmly welcomed upon arrival - the hosts are not only friendly, but really warm and helpful. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for relaxation in an idyllic setting, you have come to the right place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. The villa is the most beautiful place we stayed at during our 20 day trip through Europe. It’s a bit on a splurge in price but very much worth it. The views from the villa of the pool and the lake are breathtaking. The house is very beautiful, everything was functioning properly and the kitchen is great to cook in. We stayed in and cooked dinner one night and it was great. We also took advantage of the Complimentary olive oil tasting that is included with the stay and that was also of fun. Our guide said was so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a much needed break during our busy vacation.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Nothing but positive things to say about our beautiful stay at Susan and Salvatore’s slice of heaven. The most stunning panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Something straight out of Pinterest or a magazine :) They were always super responsive and more than happy to help with local recommendations. It’s a great base to explore Umbria and Tuscany by car as it’s basically on the border to both. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a beautiful stay :)
