Holiday rentals with a pool in Trecastelli

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Sara's apartment is large and comfortable, and having two bathrooms available is fantastic. Sara was very kind and helpful, we had a great time. She also left us a cake made by her (delicious), a thought that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like in the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Il Talamo. The pool was not open when we arrived but we asked Stefano to open it for us and he did which made our week so much better. The house has been renovated really well. Kitchen has most things you need and the BBQ and outdoor space were fantastic. There is also a stone table and bench a short walk through the woods with a look out over the lake which was beautiful in the evening. The aircon and fire are perfect to cool the house and add some warmth when the evenings are cool. The minor downsides to the house are that the neighbours dog seemd to bark all the time for no reason, and some instructions for rubbish/recyling and house rules would be helpful. Stefano was a great host on hand throughout the stay if we needed him. Would love to return here.

Super home with many amenities Very good location, in the city of Casinina there is everything you need (shops, restaurants , cafes) It takes 35 minutes to get to the beaches, Forli airport just over an hour around beautiful mountains and walking areas

We had a great time with our kids, family and friends ♥️ A perfect place to spend holiday. Very peaceful and charming surrounding. Mountain view, birds singing, what else can we need? I would certainly recommend this place for my friends.

The owners of the house were very sweet and helpful. Beautiful house with tasteful art and furniture. Huge grounds with friendly cats, chickens, greenhouse full of tomatoes and other vegetables and herbs. Kids had a blast. Also note: the house did contain a crib (pack n play) despite the agency telling us there was not one.

Hugo’s house is a piece of history. Very beautiful home with lots of room for our group and a professional kitchen. Spending the days indoors with fireplace on was a treat. Hugo always very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay more pleasurable. His co-worker Mustafa was a gentle soul and always helping with a smile on his face. Hugo’s house is the perfect spot if you are looking to spend quality time with friends and family in a secluded and private location. Highly recommend it and looking forward to staying there again.
