Fresh cottage on a nice plot in wonderful Abbekås

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Cozy cottage on a small horse farm

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No transparency inside the cabin. There is salt and pepper in the cottage. Toilet paper for the first evening 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 min by car to Sjöbo.

Mormoors Stuga

Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Nu öppnar vi vårt populära hus för uthyrning 2026. Bra fiske, exklusivt läge vid Vombsjön. Nyrenoverat hus med nytt badrum. Fin aluminiumbåt m ny Honda 5 hk motor. Mitt i södra Skåne, mindre än en tim till Österlen, Ystad, Öresundsbron, osv. Lanthandel 3 km. Omgivet av vacker natur. Bekvämt boende 6+ personer. Läs omdömena. Endast veckovis lördag-lördag. This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Närheten till Trelleborgs hamn gör boendet populärt för resande till-och ifrån kontinenten. Egen parkering finns. Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.
