Located within walking distance of Sala Beach and the ferry station. Easily reachable by public transport via the ferry or C110 bus. MXP Airport is +/-1h away by car. Public parking within a 3–5min walk, subject to availability.

Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.
