Consisting of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is located a few meters from the clubs, hotels and restaurants that animate the Tremezzo lakefront: one of the most evocative spots of the Lake Como Greenway.

In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.
