The cottage is at the end of the village Lhota near Trutnov, in the Bezděkov part, under the forest, where it is quiet, the garden is lined with a ditch and beautiful nature is in the palm of your hand. You will be right at the trails of the Trutnov Trails bike park. Directly from the cottage, you can enter the forest with many hiking options, military bunkers, lookout towers and beautiful views of the Krkonoše Mountains. Within 20-30 minutes you have the famous ski centers, Pec pod Sněžkou and Adršpach. The cottage has 8 beds in 3 bedrooms with a spacious garden. The dominant feature of the cottage is the tower accessible from the room.

Our house on wheels is located in a romantic place above the vineyard near the farm and offers the most beautiful view of Jičín and its surroundings. The newly renovated caravan - tiny house offers all the advantages of today's popular "glamping" accommodation: contact with nature, views of the countryside and all modern comforts. The exceptional location will surround our guests with nature, meadows and pastures with horses, but at the same time it is within a short walking distance to the center of the historic town of Jičín.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.
