Bathroom with ladder or beach just below. Close to Smögenbryggan, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Gk and everything else nice in Sotenäs. Large terrace with dining area, barbecue and two relaxation chairs. Completely newly built kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed with room for two. Bedlinen and towels are included. (Not weekends before Midsummer). Cleaning is done by tenant.

Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. Everything for normal cooking such as cuttlery, pan and potts, plates, knifes, glass all sorts etc etc. Yoy may also use a big fryingpan made for outdoor use on your balcony. Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. Handelsman Flinks på Skaftö, där EvertTaube hade śin vistelse under somrarna, där han bland annat skrev visan "Maj på Malö" En flicka som Taube var förälskad i.
