Cozy 1 bedroom + kitchen summer residence. The apartment is located on the same hectare plot as the lessors, with a shared yard, garden and riverbank area. Wooden sauna, terrace and fireplace. In the shower room, there is a cottage shower and the water is heated in a pot. The apartment has a toilet and a water point in the kitchen. The road runs close by and traffic may be heard from time to time. The backyard has direct access to the forest. Porvoo's Old Town is a 15-minute drive away. Buses also run close to the Old Town.

It has peaceful surroundings and good public transport connections. Within walking distance are Alvar Aalto's home and office, Seurasaari and Hotel Kalastajatorppa. You will have the place for yourself for the duration of your stay. My home is not suitable for people with dog allergy. I'll be happy to help with anything!

The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
