Marlyn was a terrific host! The house and pool are beautiful! It was an easy walk to the beach! My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!!

Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

What a wonderful place at Tybee Island for Our family to enjoy! We fished, enjoyed the beach nearby, made a bonfire, cooked, dined out at some of the wonderful restaurants including the only Brewery on the Island that had spectacular food😉, enjoyed a quick ride into Savannah for a special day, and relaxed in Emily’s great place! Was truly very special and wonderful to be able to get precious time together with our family!

This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

Everything was great. It is an amazing house with beautiful location with view/access to the river/beach. Impeccable clean with everything you need for a beach vacation. Not only the adults enjoyed the stay but also the kids. It was an unforgettable time for everybody. Thank you Akash

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

This place is perfect for a cute and cozy stay! We came for a small girls trip and absolutely loved the place. The private pool in the backyard was the perfect place to hangout!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family, including our furry friend! Its unbeatable proximity to the beach made our stay incredibly convenient. Inside, the condo was spotless. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and friendly, making the whole experience a breeze. We highly recommend this spot for any family looking for a clean, pet-friendly, and beach-accessible getaway!

Karen made us feel right at home as if we were meant to be there. The cottage was in walking distance of everything including returaunts, a local market and the beach. Place was very clean when we arrived and had everything that was on the listing. Our week was fun and amazing, but what made it even better was that we got to return to Sweet Rosabelle after our days of activities. we couldn't have asked for a better host than Karen. She was very Helpful in letting us know where everything on the island was and her favorite spots to visit. We will return sometime in the future for sure.

Super cute place to stay! We all traveled in for the SCAD graduation and this place was perfect! The house layout is nice and allows those needing to rest to do so in peace while everyone else can hangout in the common areas. The bedrooms are spacious and everything you need to enjoy your stay has already been thought of and waiting for you. Close enough to stores to be convenient but nestled in a very quiet neighborhood that makes the stay very relaxing! The home is all on one floor which makes it easy for those with mobility concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here for my Tybee trip , they were very communicative and understanding. The condo is so wonderful and maybe less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is on the 3rd floor. But besides that they give you everything you need. They really make it feel like home. I have nothing but good things to say. It was an absolutely amazing stay

We had a relaxing and peaceful stay. It is very quiet and we loved watching the ships come and go. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge went out on us and owner was very responsive and quickly took care of the problem. Highly recommend this house. We absolutely loved it!

This was a total treat. Loved the home and subtle details that made the space comfortable and modern. I came in town with my parents, sister, and nephew and we had more than enough space. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. If this spot is on your radar, pull the trigger. You won’t regret it 🙂

This house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family! The location is very easy to access off the main street into Tybee, and once you are in the house, it's private and quiet. The views of the marsh from the large back deck are stunning. The house itself has a great layout - easy to be all together in the open living room/dining room area, with a big kitchen, and then two private bedroom/bathroom suites and a third bedroom. The North Beach was less than a ten minute walk, and there were lots of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available to take. Mike was a terrific host! From the first communication to the last, he was kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. His welcome letter was full of wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do, in addition to clear and easy instructions about everything related to the house. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Alicja’s place is in the perfect location! Half a block to beach access and walkable to all the shopping and restaurants on Tybee. It was still peaceful and quiet at night even being so close to everything. We appreciated all the beach supplies (especially the wagons!). I would recommend bringing chairs if you need more than 3-4 as many of the chairs are rusted and don’t work properly. Lots of kids sand toys and umbrellas as well! Always a plus to find a dog friendly house, and Alicja supplied dog beds, toys, and water bowls. Overall a great stay!

It was everything we expected. The community was very welcoming. The restaurant down the road “Sea Wolfe” was great food great drinks fabulous bartender. The property was clean. They had beach stuff for us. They had wagons to tow the stuff to the beach. We had bicycles to ride. It was just overall 1 to 10 this place was 12. I would definitely rent again.

Great location, about 20 minutes from the city of Savannah and about 2 minutes to north beach. Felt private and quiet. House was clean. Definitely worth the stay.

We had a fantastic stay, just wished we could have stayed longer! The house had everything we needed and more. It is a beautiful house with a nice pool right by a lagoon. Great space for three couples and located right in between downtown and Tybee Island. Would love to come back!

Cute, simple place to stay with big spaces for a 1 bedroom. Nice porch/pool area with a peaceful view. 8 min easy walk to the beach! There is construction next door, so the weekend would be a bit more peaceful than the work days.

We had an amazing stay at Sur La Mar for our girls trip! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large group—it made everything so easy and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to the beach and had everything we needed, and we loved having the pool to relax and hang out together. Steven was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a big group getaway or family vacation in Hilton Head.

Stayed at Allen’s home while visiting Savannah for the Megan Maroney concert with our girls, it was the perfect space for our group. We loved the retro decor, mixed with southern beach vibes! It was central between downtown Savannah and Tybee, which was perfect for us. If you need a spot for your family, stay here!!

Very cozy and clean place! Everything matches the description, and the photos are accurate. The apartment is well-equipped — it has everything needed for a comfortable stay: kitchenware, clean linens, and appliances. The neighborhood is quiet. The host Chaz was very responsive and quick to reply to messages. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We would gladly stay here again!

This was a perfect place for our vacation! It was just me and my daughter. The guest house is in a nice area and we felt safe. It’s also located between savannah and Tybee Island, so there’s easy access to both. It’s very clean and well decorated with the host’s artwork, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
