Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tybee Island

This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

Sarah and Michael’s place was incredibly cozy and comfortable. We could easily walk to any destination we wanted, and it was just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. The best part was that we had our own personal parking spot, which was a huge plus. They even provided us with a bottle of wine and plenty of snacks for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to get ready. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV had a variety of streaming apps. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Beautiful home! Nice neighborhood. A really good in between spot for the beach and downtown Savannah. House is fully stocked with all of the supplies you could need. 10/10.

I would like to say that from the moment that I booked my stay Kelly was in contact with me; more so than any other host that I have booked with, across any platform! We felt right at home and I enjoyed the separate apartment downstairs. I would have ZERO hesitations about staying at another property that Kelly hosted!

For someone who had never been to Savannah, Farrell was great at responding to all my questions, especially parking. She gave lots of good feedback.

Twila’s place was so comfy and in a perfect location! Twila was also super responsive and helped us out in a last minute pinch. Perfect place to escape to Tybee Island!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. I can’t recommend it enough. Starting with the location: it was perfectly situated between Savannah & Tybee Island. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. The home is located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Public & Kroger are both just down the road, along with many markets, coffee shops & restaurants close by. The home looks just like in the pictures. It is colorful, comfortable and very welcoming. We spent a lot of time at the house cooking and watching movies, and we had all of the kitchen essentials necessary to make family meals. We also spent a lot of time at North Tybee beach and were able to use the chairs & umbrella provided by the host. This is the perfect location for a cozy & relaxing getaway. We definitely plan to come back and stay here in the future.

Great place to stay...as described and very clean ...Easy to walk to the beach easy walk to resturants. Easy walk to gift shops(maybe to Easy...I bought a cannon at one of them). Great communication with host. Easy check in and great instructions. Will return one day.

The location was good, a short walk to hop-on-hop-off trolley stop 5. A 5-8 minute Uber ride to restaurant and shopping areas. The parking in the back was a major plus. The location is quiet, no city noises. However, the AC units outside are near the bedroom windows and can be heard cycling on and off. Although, I had no problem sleeping.

Excellent location, plenty to do and eat all around you. Everywhere is just a couple minutes walk. A comfy and relaxing place for a couples vacation in Tybee. We WILL be back!

Perfect little place for 2 people. We went down 3 days for our Anniversary, and everything we wanted to do in Savannah was within walking distance. Also, Tybee Island was just a 30 min drive down the road so it was close to the beach as well. Diana was quick to respond to messages and gave us some recommendations for things to do while we were there. Thanks for a nice little getaway. Hopefully we can come back and stay again in the future.

Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

Allan and Rebeca’s place was perfect for a quick 3 day stay in Savannah! Clean, convenient, and a gorgeous condo. Their communication was always timely and very accommodating every step of the way! Amenities were on point and as advertised. Perfect location to explore one of the best cities in the country! Plenty of shops and restaurants within a block or two walk. River walk is literally across the street from the condo and Forsyth park is only about a 15 minute walk.

The space was beautiful and so centrally located!! We were right next to many restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of plenty more. Everything was clean and they even left snacks for us.

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this room is by far the best! It was clean, had every thing we needed & more, and was a perfect location for a wagon haul to the beach. It was impressively stocked with things you may forget. We had a wonderful stay & will be staying in this room again for our next stay. Thank you!

We had a nice stay at Dana's condo. Everything we needed was there. The beach was not crowded and watching the shrimp boats and barges was neat. The sunrises, sunsets and dolphins were my favorite.

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us. Great place to stay on Tybee for a couple or solo traveler! The location is very walkable to the beach and restaurants, so you don’t have to deal with parking nearby. Once we got some groceries & settled in, we didn’t drive again all weekend! Brenda was a great host. The place is exactly as described, and she provided several recommendations for restaurants & activities.

I had such a lovely birthday getaway with my boyfriend in Savannah. You cannot beat the location! We were walking distance from shopping, food, ghost tours, and historic landmarks. We will be back in the fall :)
