Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. Thank you for everything - we will be happy to come back.

In my opinion, the apartment is relatively new and very perfectly furnished and maintained. Wonderfully located in the city area of the old town of Kufstein... close to the train station... those who come by car can use the house parking area below... and then enjoy the beautiful old town, the landscape and wonderful mountains on foot or by public bus. Beatrix the landlady responded very quickly to inquiries....Thank you Thank you

Helene's place is insane. We felt right at home. The area is a dream! Helene was incredibly helpful and too quick to reach. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and much larger than in the photos. We would definitely recommend the place and will definitely be back. j Many thanks :) 😊

It was nice apartment with all the facilities. Host stays upstairs and very helpful. Not advisable for people not want to walk for about 10-15 minutes from the Grinzen bus stop.

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog has spent hours there unattended (there is still a wire fence behind the Thuja hedge). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper outskirts directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor swimming pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-round successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. It is a great apartment where nothing is missing. If we had any questions, we could always contact the hosts and immediately received an answer.

We had a very nice stay. In the mid-season at the end of May, there is very little going on here and it is very quiet. The surroundings are very beautiful despite the ski resort.

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the time in the beautiful, large and very clean apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there, and the kitchen is also excellently equipped. Eleonora answered questions in advance and greeted us nicely, we felt very comfortable. For us, the apartment was ideally located - nice and quiet, with the rippling brook in front of the door and centrally located for activities in the great area. Thanks so much for the nice week!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06.06. to 08.06.2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, the communication was warm and uncomplicated from the beginning. The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described, you immediately felt comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere in the house. I can fully recommend David's accommodation and would come back anytime. We felt super comfortable in the apartment. The view from the balcony to the mountains was a dream. The small but nice kitchen and especially the Senseo coffee pod machine were great! The fact that we could use the very clean, new swimming pool with sun terrace and the hotel's indoor playground provided us with parents and the children a lot of fun and holiday feeling. We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Tyrol! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and truly made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and high-quality options, with plenty of healthy and delicious choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s spa area was a highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.

Beautiful and functionally furnished apartment in a beautiful and well located apartment building. Mountain railways and hiking trails in walking distance. The description was completely accurate and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. We traveled with a toddler, high chair and cot were provided immediately upon request. We were very satisfied overall, thank you so much!
