Apartment holiday rentals in Tyrolean Oberland

Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

Mijam and her husband are great hosts. The communication before and during the stay during great. The apartment and the view from the great terrace are a dream. The apartment is super modern and fully furnished. Short ways to great excursions. We were completely thrilled and will certainly come back again.

Gilbert's place was really well prepared (kitchen had everything we needed, towels, hairdryer were provided), very clean and cozy, had a beautiful view and the concierge, Franz was so helpful (we got stranded at landeck zams train station and he was very kind to come pick us up), his daughter also provided us help with the bus services to St Anton. I would really recommend this place (esp if you have a car, but we didn't and still had a pretty smooth stay since bus services were reliable, just had to time it well)!!

Beautiful cottage. Nicely decorated. It's just a little weird that the shower is in one of the rooms. If you want to wash in the morning you have to wait until the one who sleeps there is awake. Host was quick to respond. Also when the automatic lock was broken. Come with a gift. Didn't have to, there's nothing he can do about it.

Very nice high quality apartment. Large and easily accessible parking spot. Huge terrace. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and courteous hostess and we would come back anytime!

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need. We were only there for a short time, but we can also recommend the apartment for longer stays.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Only 2 things could be improved: 1. Upon arrival, the fridge was off, unfortunately it took over 10 hours for it to get really cold. In addition, we wanted to have drinks directly, an ice cube compartment would have been very good, we also know many Airbnbs like this, is little effort and you are totally happy if there is direct ice in stock:) 2. I asked beforehand if there were spices, technically there was also no lie but it was only salt pepper and peppers so we had to go to the supermarket again. We also know from other accommodations that there is more choice, of course that was not bad just a tip where you give a great pleasure with little effort. Otherwise everything was very easy to find and we felt very comfortable ☺️☺️☺️

Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

Super apartment we were three people, but with four the space would also be big enough. We went skiing in Ischgl, fifteen minutes by car and ample parking at the lifts, or I don't know it by public transport. Sabine is super friendly, we got immediate answers to questions. We were able to leave our belongings in the apartment on the last day and could change in the apartment in the afternoon. In summary, we will be happy to come back!

We had a top holiday partly because of the luxury apartment. Beds are good, rain shower was wonderful. Very nice that there are bath towels, towels and tea towels, hair dryer and a good coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer can also be used. The ski bus stops almost at the door. The welcome was very warm. We immediately booked the apartment for next year. It is highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay with the best service we could have wished for! We had a warm welcome and the appartement is even better, cleaner and bigger than on the pictures! Stefan is the most lovely host who lived his entire life in Fiss, so he can tell you a lot about the surroundings and he really made sure that we had the best time in every way possible. The appartement is very close to the slopes, restaurants and the bakery is in the same building. Would love to come back sometime!

We were in the accommodation for a week in early/mid-June 2025 and are absolutely thrilled. The area is fantastically beautiful, especially for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty right on the doorstep - very quiet location and friendly people. The hosts are extremely friendly, open and likeable. We would have loved to stay longer and would recommend the apartment, which was very clean and cozy (with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains) to our friends without reservation! A total of 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience.

We can only agree with the other positive reviews! We had a wonderful stay with Julia and Mathias! The accommodation is modern, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail – we really didn't miss anything. The view from the terrace to the mountains was especially fantastic! Our arrival by motorcycle also worked out without any problems – we were able to park safely and were warmly welcomed. Julia and Mathias always took care of our well-being and were always available for questions or requests. You felt welcome straight away! The location is perfect – quiet, with great views, and an ideal starting point for excursions and activities in the area. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the stay! 5 stars in every respect – absolute recommendation!

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.
