Small Garden house in pleasant surroundings

Small and compact with modest comfort and time house Charakter. Woodfire heating. Kitchen with separate toilet and was basin with hot water. Terrace and garden. Moveable ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double bed . All natural wood and linnen. . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar outdoor shower and small very cold plunge pool with natural spring water.Perfect for hickers, not suitable for small children or aged people.

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of Fontanella, extremely quiet location , and yet so close so that you can enjoy all the holiday activities without stress. The apartment two has 4 rooms and 8 beds. A cozy kitchen-living room and two showers can also be accommodated here. Wifi, satellite TV, and dishwasher are one of the standard facilities in the apartment. In the house there is a jacuzzi that can be used after a surcharge of 7 euros / pers. per hour.

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about a 5-minute walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking lot, a terrace with garden and beautiful mountain views. It may be low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost until 15 September and Christmas until 07. January ) for at least 6 nights. Tourist taxes must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. Glad to have you here :))

Our apartment is located in the middle of beautiful nature with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle. The quiet village is at aprox. 6 km from the center. The magnificent Forggensee lake is about a 10-minute walk away. Many hiking trails are also easy to reach. Ideal location for numerous sports and relaxation.
