We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

This newly renovated, 68m² ground-floor apartment in a detached chalet sleeps up to 6 guests in a quiet location. The duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living/dining area, smart TV, fibre-optic internet, and two bathrooms (one en suite). Its spacious east-facing entrance provides stunning views of Mont Blanc Massif, including Aiguille du Midi and Aiguilles du Drus. The Bauges, the Aravis and Lake Annecy will be beautiful destinations throughout the year. Ideal base for exploring the most beautiful passes in the Alps.

New rental, all renovated and very well located. Lake Annecy is less than 10 minutes away (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes away. Numerous leisure activities nearby, such as paragliding, canyoning, hiking and many others... The bike path that allows to go around the lake, is accessible from the village.
