Julien made his apartment available to my brother and me for a multi-day motorcycle vacation. The accommodation is excellently equipped as described, great location and quiet and offers complete retreat. Julien is always friendly and interested in our satisfaction, gave helpful tour recommendations and can always offer pragmatic assistance. I would repeat this vacation exactly as it was. And for my next hiking holiday, this wonderful region with Julien's great apartment is a very serious option! I'd love to be a guest at Julien's again anytime.

So many things available, in a beautiful setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

An unforgettable stay in a real corner of paradise. The house is so well located, you don't believe it, you think you're on a private beach, just beautiful (and very quiet!) We return home, rested, refreshed, thank you to Dominique for hosting us.

Loved being just a short walk/uber from the city center and also right on the trails and quick access to the lake front. The pool and terrace were fabulous. The beds comfy. Beverages provided were a nice touch. Patricia was warm and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

We took the accommodation for one night with 11 friends, and we were not disappointed! The place is beautiful, quiet, with a view of the mountains, in addition to a swimming pool and a jacuzzi that allow you to enjoy the view even more quietly. The interior is great, there is space and it is clean. Have fun with the petanque court, ping pong table, pool, foosball etc... Very happy to have chosen this accommodation, I recommend Sébastien's house without hesitation! ;)

A peaceful and charming place! The apartment is beautifully decorated, functional and perfectly equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The place is quiet, ideal for resting, and you feel good there right away. I highly recommend, and I would be happy to come back! Marie

Very good 48-hour stay. The accommodation is functional, super quiet. You need a car to get around, but the distances to the start of the walks are always around 10 to 15 minutes. Our dog was very happy with the large meadow under the apartment that borders the river to let off steam. Would do it again!

Very cozy, clean little apartment right on the mountain with some hiking routes starting right outside the front door!

Great Chalet very well equipped in a quiet village with a magnificent view. Perfect with children, all the equipment for them was there. A great terrace with a beautiful hut and lots of games, inside lots of games too (puzzles, doll's house, etc.). A bar restaurant and a great playground is right next to the accommodation. The owners are super responsive and very kind. Finally, we slept well with the calm of nature and the sound of water. We will come back without hesitation.

Excellent host and accommodation! We had an excellent stay, we recommend it 100%!!! Everything was impeccable, and even better than we imagined. You are peaceful and quiet, with an excellent view of the mountain, in a chalet decorated with great care (beautiful and perfectly maintained flowers, adorable decor and in the theme of the region, everything is cozy). A trip to be repeated with pleasure!

I was in town to cycle the area - the location itself is partway up the Col de la Croix Fry climb! The place was clean and comfortable, with a particularly nice kitchen. What sets the place apart really is the views: absolutely stunning!!! Out every window is a view. Franck and Maria were great hosts and were there to welcome me when I arrived. They answered a couple of questions I had quickly when needed during my stay. And I met their three cats out on the property!

The directions were very clear and Jérôme was very responsive to each of my questions. The accommodation is very nice and the terrace very spacious. The railway line passes right next to it but it has no impact because very few or no trains pass. We had a very good stay in a healthy apartment.
