What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! La Lisa was a spectacular place to house the 12 adults and one baby in our group. Three apartments, each with a private kitchen, living room and bathroom, were connected together by a beautiful patio and swimming pool. Lorenzo gave us a wonderful information guide with local recommendations, including a private chef and bike rental recommendations. He communicated quickly while planning our stay as well as once we were on site Our group loved the soccer field, pool table, ping pong table, pizza oven, washing machine and grassy area for bocce ball. We had so much fun there!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Agnese’s place is so beautiful, peaceful! You feel as though you have stepped into a medieval fairy tale surrounded by beauty! Agnese is an amazing and gracious host. We hope to return to Assisi one day and would love to stay here again!

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. We stayed in the house for just over two weeks and had a fantastic stay The house is well thought out and has everything you want The surroundings are magical and the view is striking The pool is large, new and cleaned several times a week Valerio & Susan were great hosts and arranged even new children's accessories to make our stay even better (we traveled with children 1 year & 5 years) Restaurant tips and tips on excursions nearby were very good, made our entire stay special We would be glad to come back

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

We had such an amazing time! Such a calm and serene atmosphere! The place is quiet far off the main road and in the woods. Nonetheless it is not far from beautiful cities which make great day trips. It is also the perfect place to just relax, enjoying the sun and lay by the pool. The view is astounding and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a restaurant that serves food, which was very tasty! Would visit again for sure :)

I like to think of myself as a bit of an AirBnB connoisseur, always picking great places. This villa is far and away the greatest place I have ever stayed. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the property and views. They don't capture the sparkling fireflies at night or the sound of the church bells echoing off of the hills. They don't depict the beds more comfortable than what we have at home, the linen sheets so gorgeous I purchased a set as soon as I woke up the next morning. Our group of 7, four adults and three young children, were so at home here we never wanted to leave. The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need - pool towels, sun hats, sunscreens, first aid kits, toiletries, even large bags - both straw and grocery - for whatever shopping you may do. Martin was an excellent and responsive host, meeting us in town to guide our cars up the long gravel road to his house when we arrived. Having Thushari cook for us was the icing on the cake!

Simply incredible! Beautiful home and perfectly managed. The view was incredible and the pool was perfect. House is clean and well equipped. Perfect for our two families (one of 5, one of 3). Daniela arranged for the pack & play and high chair to be set up in advance of our arrival. The only thing to be aware of is not each bedroom has a full bath. One is only a powder, one is only a shower. As two families or worked fine but would not be ideal for 4 couples traveling. The grocery store and a wonderful baker are a 5 minute drive. Our drive to Siena took about 1hr 15min. We also really enjoyed visiting the nearby town of Città Della Pieve. The private dinner and stocked wine cellar was such a fun experience too. There is a room in the basement filled with pool floats and other toys too. Thank you Daniela for your warm welcome and all your help!

We loved being at Leonella's place for 4 nights while attending a wedding, and we really enjoyed staying in such a private and beautiful location. There were so many lovely touches in the home including the overall design and aesthetic of the house and grounds, modern finishes in the bathrooms, and a well equipped and spacious kitchen that we had fun preparing meals in. Overall very comfortable and easy to feel at home. Leonella is a great host!

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We needed a place for one night and we ran into this apartment. In the conversations prior to the day of check-in in Valentina, she was available, polite, and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by the mother Manuela who welcomed us in an extremely nice and exhaustive way. It made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even more than we needed) and includes every comfort. A small detail that I really liked was the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely also recommended for the location because I discovered that umbertide is really a nice country. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

SPLENDID stay...... there is no other adjective to express this weekend....... we had a great time, everything was perfect, clean, tidy, the house was very fresh, the pool was beautiful, nothing was really missing, indeed Elwin (very kind and available for everything) made us find some attentions that I particularly appreciated, we found wine, fruit juice, eggs, snacks, all delicacies that are not obvious and are enormously pleasing. I personally have had various experiences of this kind, but this time everything was truly PERFECT. I really hope to be able to return. To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter.
