The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in just a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Please simply note in the text when making the request. The tourist tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The 23 newly renovated apartment for 1 to 4 people offers a spacious living room with double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east balcony ensure your relaxation. You dine in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious and cozy dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and additional large built-in closet are available.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
